A few helpful answers.

Which plan includes tasks?

Tasks are included with an active Full event. Enable the app in your event space to add, edit and complete your checklist.

Can other people help manage tasks?

Yes. Add a collaborator with editor or administrator access through Your team. Viewers can read the plan without changing it.

Is this the same as the event schedule?

No. Tasks concern the work before and around an event; the available schedule tells guests what happens during the occasion.
