Guest check-in

A warm welcome. A clearer arrival list.

Find a guest, confirm their party and record the arrival. The check-in app keeps attendance separate from RSVPs, so the welcome desk has a clear view of who is actually there.

Included in Full event

A little easier, in all the right places.

Connect an arrival to an invitation

Use the guest’s check-in pass or search their name to find the correct invitation before confirming arrival.

Keep a human fallback

Search by name or paste a check-in code when camera scanning is unavailable.

Separate replies from attendance

An accepted RSVP is an intention to attend. Arrival records show who checked in and how many people arrived in their party.

From the first step to the day itself.

  1. 01

    Prepare the welcome desk

Enable Check-in on a Full event and give the people at the welcome desk suitable event access.

  2. 02

    Find the invitation

Scan a check-in pass in a supported browser, paste its code, or find the guest by name.

  3. 03

    Confirm the arrival

Confirm the arriving party size. A repeat check-in finds the existing arrival instead of counting the guest twice.

A few helpful answers.

How does camera scanning work?

Guests can open a personal check-in pass when the app is enabled. Camera scanning requires a browser with native barcode detection and camera access. Name search and code entry remain available as fallbacks.

Is check-in required for every event?

No. Check-in is optional; a small dinner may not need an arrival desk at all.

Can I check guests in offline?

No. The check-in workspace needs an internet connection to verify the invitation and save attendance.
