Event announcements

Keep your people in the picture.

A changed room, a useful arrival note, a reminder about the programme: publish a short announcement to your event. Invited guests can find it with their invitation.

Included in Full event

A little easier, in all the right places.

Keep updates with the event

Published announcements appear alongside the event information guests already consult.

Make the next step clear

Use a title and a short message to explain where to arrive, what changed or where a session is taking place.

Support the day’s communication

Save a draft, publish it when ready and update or unpublish a message when plans change.

From the first step to the day itself.

  1. 01

    Write a useful update

Add a title and a clear message explaining what changed and what guests should do.

  2. 02

    Publish to the event

Publish the announcement so invited guests can read it on their event page.

  3. 03

    Keep important changes direct

For urgent changes, also use your usual communication channel. Publishing an announcement does not send an SMS, email or push notification.

A few helpful answers.

Can I publish announcements?

Yes. Enable Announcements on an active Full event, write an update and publish it to the invited guest page.

Will updates arrive by SMS, email or push?

Announcements are shown inside the event page. Publishing does not send an automated SMS, email or push notification.

Does updating the invitation alert everyone?

No. Guests see the current event details when they view their invitation, but updates do not currently trigger notifications.
