A few helpful answers.

Can I arrange tables in Magenda?

Yes. Enable Seating plans on an active Full event to create tables, set capacities and assign guests. The workspace uses table cards and guest lists, rather than a floor-plan drawing.

Will it assign seats automatically?

No. You choose the table for each guest party. Magenda checks capacity and prevents duplicate assignments.

Does every event need a seating plan?

No. A casual gathering may only need a headcount. Enable the seating app only when your occasion needs table assignments.
