RSVP tracking

Less chasing replies. More knowing who’s coming.

Give guests a clear invitation and a simple response. Their reply stays connected to their invitation, while your event overview brings the numbers together.

Included in Basic

A little easier, in all the right places.

A simple guest experience

Guests follow their personal link, accept or decline, and confirm their party size. They do not need a Magenda account.

Responses you can act on

See pending, accepted and declined invitations, then use expected attendance to plan space and refreshments.

Room for a change of plans

Guests can update their response through their invitation until the response deadline. Your totals reflect the latest saved reply.

No. A valid personal invitation link lets a guest view their invitation and submit a response in the browser.

Are RSVP reminders sent automatically?

Automatic reminders are not included. Review pending responses and follow up using your usual communication channel.

Is RSVP tracking included in Basic?

Yes. Personal response links, party-size validation and response totals are included for the event’s allowed invitees.

Your plans, a tap away

Make room for Magenda.

Add Magenda to your device for a dedicated event space, right from your home screen or dock.

Look for Install Magenda or Install app in your browser’s address bar or menu. On Safari for Mac, choose File → Add to Dock.

If your browser does not offer installation, you can keep using Magenda here or open it in a supported browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari.

An internet connection is needed to access events and save changes.
