Private invitations

An invitation meant for your people.

Keep your occasion out of public search and give each recipient their own way in. Personal links make it possible to connect the right invitation with the right response.

A little easier, in all the right places.

Personal access

Each guest or household receives a unique invitation link. Private guest pages require a valid invitation grant.

Control when plans change

Replace an invitation link or revoke it from the guest list when access needs to change.

Private while you prepare

Keep the event in draft while you work on the details. Publish it when you are ready for invited guests to see it.

From the first step to the day itself.

  1. 01

    Prepare your event

Create the event as a draft and review its invitation, venue and programme.

  2. 02

    Share individually

Publish the event and send each recipient their own invitation link through a trusted channel.

  3. 03

    Manage access

Use link replacement or revocation if an invitation is shared unintentionally or no longer needed.

A few helpful answers.

Can someone forward their invitation?

Yes. Anyone with a valid personal link can access that invitation, so recipients should keep it private. A link is not proof of a person’s identity.

Are private invitations listed in search engines?

Private invitation routes are excluded from search indexing and require a valid invitation grant. Share personal links only with their intended recipients.

What can I do if a link reaches the wrong person?

Replace the affected invitation link and share the new one with its intended recipient, or revoke that invitation’s access.
