Guest management

Every invitation. Every person. Accounted for.

A family invitation and a solo invitation should not count the same way when you plan the meal. Magenda keeps invitation records and expected people separate, giving you a clearer picture of your gathering.

Included in Basic

A little easier, in all the right places.

Invite people or households

Add a name for each invitation and set its maximum party size. A household can respond for the number of people allowed on that invitation.

See the headcount that matters

Your overview shows accepted and declined invitations alongside the total number of expected people.

Manage individual access

Find a guest by name and manage their personal invitation link. Rotate a link when it needs replacing or revoke access when appropriate.

From the first step to the day itself.

  1. 01

    Build your invitation list

Add each recipient or household to your event and choose their party allowance.

  2. 02

    Share the right link

Copy each personal invitation link and send it to its intended recipient.

  3. 03

    Follow the responses

Review the guest list and use expected people, rather than invitation count alone, for your arrangements.

A few helpful answers.

Does the Basic limit mean 10 people?

The current Basic limit is 10 active invitee records, each representing a recipient or household. Party size is tracked separately.

Can guests bring an unlimited number of people?

No. You choose a maximum party size for each invitation, and guests must respond within that allowance.

Can I import a spreadsheet of guests?

Yes. Enable Guest import on an active Full event and upload a CSV file. Preview the names and party sizes before adding them. Export an Excel sheet to CSV first.
